    Would you like to limit yourself to the most important sights of Leuven combined with a visit to one of the most beautiful (the most beautiful!) town halls in the world? We start with a short city walk, our guide will take you to the most important places of the centre: the Grote Markt (with the town hall and St. Peter’s Church), the Oude Markt (the longest bar in Europe), the Hogeschoolplein (with the Pope’s College and nearby the former cloth hall/university hall) and Ladeuzeplein (with the beautiful university library).

    Afterwards, you will visit the historic town hall on the Grote Markt. Its richly decorated medieval rooms and its later salons exude enormous grandeur. They testify to the fact that this city in Brabant was – and is – not the least, and to the fact that the Lovinian certainly wanted to show its status, power and wealth to the world.
